Can I purchase GYC Custom Etsy Shop Report separately?

Due to the significant time investment needed for in-depth analysis for your product, niche and shop, the Report is only available as part of the annual support plan.

Are there question limits?

To ensure high-quality responses, there's a 3-question limit per support ticket. Additional support tickets wouldn’t be processed before the previous tickets are processed

Can I cancel and get a refund?

Monthly Support Plan: Cancellations are possible at any time. You will not be charged for future months, but refunds are not provided for the current billing period.

Annual Support Plan: You can cancel at any time and won't be charged for future months. If you have not yet received your Custom Shop Report, a prorated refund can be issued for the unused portion of your annual plan. If the Custom Shop Report process has already begun, refunds are not available.

Is this a "do-it-for-you" service?

No, my Direct 1-to-1 Support focuses on guiding you with personalised and actionable feedback, but the implementation will be up to you.
