Monthly Support Plan: Cancellations are possible at any time. You will not be charged for future months, but refunds are not provided for the current billing period.
Annual Support Plan: You can cancel at any time and won't be charged for future months. If you have not yet received your Custom Shop Report, a prorated refund can be issued for the unused portion of your annual plan. If the Custom Shop Report process has already begun, refunds are not available.
