Good customer service also helps you close sales for your Etsy shop. Addressing customers’ questions or concerns helps reduce the barrier to purchase. And that makes customers more likely to buy from you.


Quick response time is also important. It gives customers the impression that you care about them. Replying to messages quickly can increase conversion rate and sales of your Etsy shop.



Build Long-Term Relationship

Good customer service fosters long-term relationship with your customers, making them feel valued and appreciated. And for any Etsy business, having return customers is essential to success. This is because repeat customers are easier and more profitable to retain than acquiring new customers
