Recommended Resources
Here are a list of tools and resources that I use regularly for my Etsy shops. It is not the biggest list because they are handpicked and tested to be best for your shop. Using them can help you speed up your day-to-day tasks and grow your Etsy business.
Free Resources & Tools

Market & Competitor Research

Top Etsy Shops by Alura -  Alura shows you the top 700+ Etsy shops that you can learn from. You can filter to see only your category. Or you can see the top individual listing as well.

Facebook ad library - You can see the real ads run by competitors in your niche. Get inspirations from their messaging and graphics.

Really Good Emails - Get inspirations of great email designs and how companies market their products.

Free Etsy Listings

If you are opening a new Etsy shop, click here to get 40 free Etsy listings. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for an existing shop.

Graphic & Photos

Canva - A great graphic design tool with many free templates for you to create social media posts, add text to product images, create shop logo and more.

Studio - Similar to Canva but with more emphasis on social media templates.

Colorhunt - My go-to place if I need to find colour pairings that look good.

Lightroom - Edit and greatly improve your product photos with this tool. The mobile version is free with limited functions.

Clipping Magic - Background removal tool with pretty natural results.

General

TinyWow - A giant set of tools to make your life easier, including tools to edit PDF, removing image background, compress image, change file format and more.

Neontools.io - Free to use linking page for instagram (like LinkTree), link shortener (like bitly), and hashtag analyser.

Namelix - Generate brand name ideas after putting in a few keywords.

Alura Privacy Policy Generator - Easy and free to use tool to generate privacy policy for your Etsy shop.

Productivity

ChatGPT - A powerful AI assistant who can help streamline your tasks, speed up your marketing, and improve your customer service.

Todoist - I find simple to-do list to help my productivity the most. Todoist is the most straight-forward and easy to use one in the market.

Evernote - Save useful websites or inspirations for later with this tool. The free plan should be enough for most Etsy sellers.

Premium Resources & Tools

There are some tools that are worth paying in my opinion as they can really help you grow your Etsy shop. Here are some of the ones I recommend:

Etsy SEO & Keyword Research Tool

Alura - The best Etsy SEO tool in my opinion, but the cost is higher than other tools. Click this article to see how to find winning products using Alura. If you want to try it out, use code "GROW30" to save 30%.

EtsyHunt - Another great market research tool with a big Etsy product and shop database. It's also one of the most budget-friendly options. Use code "GYC" to save an extra 10%.

Sale Samurai - Use this tool if your focus is doing keyword research. It gives a large amount of useful, long-tail keywords. But other features are a bit lacking compared to Alura. Use code "growingyourcraft" to save 20%.

eRank - Another great tool with tons of features and a more budget-friendly price.

Etsy Bulk Editing Tool

Vela - I find this listing bulk edit tool especially useful when I need to add the same photo to add my listings. Save a lot of time compared to going into each listing to add a photo.

Mockup Product Photos

Artboard Studio - A mockup product photo creator, especially useful if you sell digital products.

Graphics

Envato Elements - It's a huge library of assets that could be useful for your Etsy shop, including premium fonts, graphics, social media post templates and more.

Creative Market - High quality graphic designs that can elevate your marketing and branding. They also have one design every week for you to download for free.

Email Marketing

ConvertKit - The email marketing service that I recommend the most because of its low entry price and good deliverability (so that the emails you sent out actually reach your customers).

MailerLite - Another great email marketing tool with good prices and features.

Website Builder

Squarespace - Easy to use with good functionalities. Good for building a simple blog and shop website if you want to expand out of Etsy.

Webflow - Powerful website building tool that you can use to build a membership website like GYC Etsy Academy. But the learning curve can be steep if you don't have basic web design knowledge.
